TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FURRY FAMILY RETREAT SMALL DOG BOARDING AGREE TO ACCEPT SMALL DOG/S FROM THE OWNER/CLIENT/S AND TO PROVIDE THE PET WITH ADEQUATE FOOD, SHELTER AND ATTENTION SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS; 

FEES - PAYABLE CASH ON CHECK IN OR EFT 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: The Owner/s agree to pay the full amount of boarding fees at the daily rate entered in the Booking agreement for each calendar day, which includes arrival & departure days and agrees further to pay such fees as may accrue after expected collection date. 

HEALTH WARRANTY; The Owner/s hereby warrants to and covenants with the Proprietor that the pet is free from ill health or contagious disease and is free from any dangerous or vicious condition or temperament.  

CLEAN DOGS; Dogs will be presented in a washed/clean condition and free from all parasites.   Dogs will not be returned groomed or washed unless by prior arrangement with the booking.  We offer fee-based grooming and washing services during the stay which are not onsite.   The owner accepts full responsibility for booking Washing and Grooming services arrangements prior to boarding.

DE SEXED DOGS; Female dogs over 5 months of age, not neutered, will only be taken by special arrangement. 

The Owner/s hereby warrants and indemnifies the Proprietor that Dogs over 5 months of age, not neutered, will be their total responsibility during boarding.  Furry Family Retreat is to be advised in writing 28 days before any boarding commences of 'heat' periods or dogs not de-sexed.   
 

All responsibility and liability for Dogs not being desexed remains totally and wholly with the owner/s who indemnify/ies Furry Family Retreat from any costs, liabilities, expenses or claims arising from boarding dogs before, during and after concerning dogs who have not been desexed.

Dogs are boarded at the risk of the owner/client/s.
 

VETERINARY COSTS; In the case of EMERGENCY where the Owner CANNOT BE CONTACTED, the Owner/s hereby authorizes and requests the Proprietor to attend a Veterinary Surgeon to attend to the pet. The Owner/s hereby agrees to be responsible for the cost of transport to and the cost of all professional charges and treatments rendered in such veterinary care to the pet.

The Owner/s agree that the Vets decision for emergency care is final if no contact can be made.

Further Veterinary Costs during or after boarding, the Owner/s hereby expressly authorizes to incur all said costs and charges in the name of the Owner/s personally and indemnifies the Proprietor accordingly from any and all said Vet or Emergency charges at any time. 

PHOTOGRAPHY 

The Owner/s hereby permits the taking of photographs of their pet/s for owner updates and 

social media publication and use by Furry Family Retreat. 

Intellectual property and copyright of photographs, videos, and images remain the intellectual property of Furry Family Retreat. 

AGREED TO BY THE DOG OWNER IN ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

The owner agrees to all Furry Family Retreat terms and conditions and accepts total responsibility to be aware of 

updates to terms and conditions on this website with each boarding. 

Being aware of changes to terms and conditions on this website is the responsibility of the pet owner/client/s. 

By attending and boarding pets at Furry Family Retreat the owner/s agrees to and abides by these terms, 

conditions, indemnifications and responsibilities.

Entering onto the premises of Furry Family Retreat in Rosemount is total confirmation you agree to all 

terms and conditions, the privacy policy as published on
